Typical RINO move
The RINOS would rather fight the majority of its own party and join the Democrats. That means that there will be no school choice ( most likely). This is what we are up against. It is the very definition of the Uni-Party arrangement. That means that a lot of RINOS will have to be primaried, as Phelan was, and this process needs to continue until they are removed. Phelan won re-election, but lost the Speakership. This is just another Phelan installed. It's like there wasn't even an election.
