Was it legal to appoint Jack Smith as special counsel? Comment: It wouldn't surprise me to find that it wasn't. Perhaps the SCOTUS will decide on this. But maybe they'll weasel out, too.

The Supreme Court is going to have to get involved whether they like it or not.

The Democrats do not want to run on their record, so they do stuff like this. This kind of thing has been way over the top for a long time now. Hopefully the court will at least attempt to keep the Democrats honest. I blush as I write this.
