The usual suspects are urging us to fold, but there's no reason to do that. Morris further develops his idea that the Supreme Court can make a big difference here. There is no guarantee that they will, though. The "el-foldo" crowd are conducting a psy-op campaign on the justices in order to get them to let this thing stand as is. That's me paraphrasing what Morris says.
But the court has an interest in the matter. If they cannot correct things that are truly wrong, they will have failed. That's my take. Let's see those cards!
