I didn't watch the video but read the description. It appears that Floyd was already experiencing distress before he was pinned to the ground. Autopsy shows a heart condition.
This is police misconduct apparently, combined with a health condition.
It is not murder, but more like manslaughter.
Just my opinion based upon what I read.
