There was a write up in National Review on that legislation.
I would link to it, but my browser went nuts while I was trying to read the article.
Anyway, they would ban cars, fossil fuels ( even natural gas ), and nuclear energy.
They would also cut the military by more than half.
If this ever came to pass, along with their other ideas, such as open borders, then Katy bar the door.
