Still waiting for data

Wow, without any internet, what do I write about?  More about liberalism?  No,
somehow that doesn't seem important until you start reading the news.

Once you get away from all that stuff, things seem different.  I have written
about this phenomenon before.  It is the same thing this month.  Once you get
away from it, it no longer seems important.

The trip to the Proton Therapy Center was not eventful.  The stay overnight at the
motel was mostly uneventful too.  However, the other guests were rather noisy,
but they calmed down eventually.  I slept well for the rest of the trip the next
day.

Maybe they were noisy because they spend too much time reading the news. lol.
I wanted to sleep because I needed to get to the center in the morning, and I still
had some driving to do.  I arrived a bit early, but not too early.

There was a long wait at the center before I could get into the MRI room.  By the
time I got out, it was early afternoon.  There were a lot of people there.  More
than I had seen there before.

Could this type of treatment be the next new thing for cancer treatments?  It is
said to be the best that you can get.  Well, I am happy with that.  I seem to be
doing well.

The trip home was okay.  I didn't get caught in traffic as I beat the rush hour.

One dude almost sideswiped me a little way outside of town.  Ah, yes.  The perils
of driving out there with the rest of these wackos.  I don't miss that a bit.

While driving, I put the radio in scan mode looking for a good station to listen
to.  They still have classic rock and roll in DFW.  In Houston, I think that type
of music is getting rare on the radio stations.  There was only one rock and roll
type station left in Houston.  Imagine that.

As many times as I have been to DFW, I still don't know the place.  I even lived
there a couple months while getting treatment.  Outside of my little area there,
I didn't learn much about the town.

Good thing that that place back then had a good TV package.  The one at the
motel this time was not so hot.  I spent a LOT of time watching TV there last year.
Anyway, that is my post for the day.  I still have a couple more days to go with
this data plan gives me some more data.

I got to think of something to write for tomorrow.
