We live in interesting times. Events seem wild and out-of-control. To others, a much needed change is taking place. Yours truly is somewhere in the middle of those two points of view. Yet, you'll find me condemning the Marxist Paradigm. The Marxist Paradigm is based upon the dialectic, from which the left v right phony model is advocated as the true one. So I don't know how the things that I write here may be perceived. It may drive people off for all I know. Or it might not. Everything these days seems to be a psyop.

Scotus has already ruled. To send it back again is not necessary. So, if Scotus accepts Trump's emergency appeal (or doesn't ), and issues a ruling, hold your breath. That's because the weak justices on Scotus are not entirely predictable about which way they will go.
No question on the law and the facts. The Dems are just pounding the table. As a matter of fact, I THINK THAT IF ANYONE DESERVES AN INVESTIGATION FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT, it is these out of control liberal activist judges. But there is a long history of once conservative, or seemingly conservative judges, going pinko on us.
If you want additional evidence of the risk here, Dick Morris ( my favorite toe-sucker ) has come out in favor of the Democrat point of view. This is a jump the shark moment for Morris, as far as I'm concerned. The evidence that this "Maryland Man" was in fact an MS-13 member, has ALREADY BEEN ESTABLISHED in court. The case has already been adjudicated. The political left is lying through their teeth, and only weak kneed types are going to allow themselves to be sucked into their lying bullsh!t arguments.
Consider this a red alert. I do mean red, in the meaning of pinko. If the weak kneed RINO faction screws us on this, we are in for a rough, rough time dead ahead. Mark me.

Another stroll through memory lane. A sidebar here: Did you know that there's a street in Houston called Memory Lane? Also, there's an intersection in Lake Jackson ( near Houston ) that features streets called "This way" and "That way". But I digress. I do that a lot.
The soaring gold price is not good news. Unless you are holding gold. Alas and alack! I have no gold. Not even silver. But I've got some land. Not really choice land, but it is mine. Whatever!
You can't eat gold. You can't eat dirt either, but maybe it would feed you if you planted some crops on it.
I would plant crops, but my bucket's got a hole in it.

There's this saying that the rich are getting richer, and the poor are getting poorer.
Wrong.
In terms of gold, gdp peaked in 1970, or thereabouts. Since 1970, everybody has been getting poorer. If the rich were really doing so well, they'd be pulling up total gdp, but that isn't happening. If the rich made all the money, and were getting richer, it would be reflected in that number. That's the math.
To illustrate, let's say you had a kingdom of 100 people. The 1% is just 1 guy. Also, there's a thousand gold pieces to go around. After 40 years, there's still only 1000 gold pieces around. Maybe his share has gone up a bit, but there's still only 1000 pieces of gold. Maybe the rich guy added a few more pieces to his pile, but the total number of pieces are the same.
In other words, its a zero-sum kingdom. Slow growth or no growth is zero sum. This is the kind of world the left wants because it justifies redistribution of wealth. Like Obama says, "spread the wealth around". If that one guys gets everything, it is perceived as unjust, and so that gives society the right to confiscate his wealth and give it to the 99%.
But there's no acknowledgement that we really are in a zero growth situation as this mythical kingdom. We are told that the economy is growing, but in truth, it isn't really. Most of that is the smoke and mirrors of statistics. The government keeps fudging the statistics in order to fool us into thinking that we have a growing economy.
Instead of a zero sum economy, or fake growth economy, we should seek a real growth oriented economy. The real growth would justify unequal distribution. Those at the top would be earning their position there. When there was real growth in the economy, everybody, including the rich, got richer. But such is not the case today. The zero growth or limits-to-growth people are in charge and that's what's holding us back. As a consequence, you will see more and more of those at the top getting targets placed upon them. We aren't in a revolutionary mode yet, but we are getting there. Wealth confiscation is coming. Unless something changes to bring back growth, there's no stopping it.

It seems that there's a liberal version of the laws of stupidity video. I was considering using a different one that than the one I saw first. The original one that I will continue to use, is a bit more light hearted. Therefore, the observation employed is that liberals have ZERO sense of humor, by contrast, and therefore will not be used. This new one I considered, has a DIRE tone to it. Likely, it is another liberal dweeb, who has no sense of humor at all. Grow up pinkos.
The new guy is okay
Since Bongino quit his show, I was at a loss. On my own, or so it seemed... that was a song reference. ( Feelin' Alright )
Anyway, I got interested in this case, of the "Maryland Man", which is just another phony scandal the liberals have conjured up. This show gets my vote of confidence, because he does a great job here showing the receipts.
Karoline Leavitt might be doing it too, but I have to fess up. I haven't been watching her press briefings. I'm sure that if anyone did, they'd actually be INFORMED. The media gets even deeper on my fecal roster. What I mentioned previously is that the liberal left thinks that somehow they are above the law. If this dickwad judge Boasberg is trying to assume authority over a case that was overruled already-- isn't he out of line, if not crossing a bright red line itself? If there's a law here that he is violating, why not investigate him upon probable cause? If there's a crime being committed here, the media is in on it, so charge them too! By God, Pam Bondi could do it. ( But she probably won't.)
Yet the same liberal left points their collective finger at Trump. It's projection. Here is an example to beat all examples. The liberal left wants to stick their heads in the sand and refuse to accept the plain truth that stares right at you. This is an example of willful ignorance. Ignorance can be cured, but when it is willful, it cannot be. When someone choose to be ignorant as a matter of choice, they are being STUPID. Never underestimate the power of Stupid.
