James Talarico

If you believe the polls, this election is close. If it is, then one has to wonder how and why a guy like this can swoop in out of nowhere and steal this prize. If the pinkos can steal Texas' Senate seat, it would be a BIG feather in their cap. Therefore, the question needs some answers.

Another thing is that you might've read on the webs that the Dems are pulling some of their spending out of Texas. Well, I don't know about that. It's another one of these things that get said that make me scratch my head. Lately I've been watching a lot of TeeVee on Tubi and Amazon, and let me tell you, the advertising is getting hot and heavy on both sides. If the Dems are conceding this one, you wouldn't know it from the ads. Lots of junk mail too.

So, who the hell is this guy??? There's been some info getting out with the ads and the webs defining this guy. But Talarico is responding. He's trying to redefine himself to be more palatable to the Texan sensibilities.

Is this for real? Is Talarico pulling our legs? I'd say yes, without having to look any at all. But some folks might want more information. So where do you go for that?

There's a website called Ballotpedia. I tried them before, and so I looked up Talarico on that site. It pretty much confirms that he's a super liberal dude. He represents an Austin district, which is a pretty liberal place. Might as well called it the People's Republic of Austin.

To summarize what I've found, they've got some scorecards on his votes. The Sierra Club likes him, so he got high scores there. Club for Growth dislikes him. Not sure what to make of that, but his score is really low there. Some cultural scorecards rate him very, very low. That may not come as a surprise, based upon what he has been quoted saying. The Freedom site rates him very low as well. He's a super-commie-lib.

Forget the re-branding efforts. The guy is as lib as they come.

If he wins, it will only be because Texans have fallen asleep. There might be a danger of that, so don't let 'em fool ya. They'll try to sneak him into office under the radar. That's what this rebranding is all about. It might even explain his missing in action recently. Indeed, Talarico has a history going missing in action. Especially on some types of votes. The guy doesn't want to be pinned down on some issues. One of those was a vote on repealing an anti-sodomy law. He was conveniently missing in action on that one.

Don't fall to sleep on this one. But that might happen. Get out there and bounce this rascal before he has a chance to do some real damage.
