After losing their case in the courts, they want to pack the courts and force the outcome their way.
Why should any of this be considered legitimate?

Did the liberal wing on SCOTUS slow-walk the gerrymander decision in order to breed chaos? If so, the claim of politicization of SCOTUS rings hollow. But of course it does.
