Any connection between these assassination attempts and the English Royal Visit this week?

This may take some study to understand, but I think I can get at least some of it.

There was another post like this one that can be reviewed. The war is really about reestablishing the "American System" that Lincoln and McKinley set up.

I recall from the History books, that Lincoln had his hands full with the Brits, in order to keep them out of the Civil War. If the Brits had lined up with the Confederates, America would've been finished. History may be repeating itself.
