How Mining On Mars Could Save The Earth

The video asserts that mining of Mars could be the best option, as opposed to mining asteroids and the moon.

I wouldn't have thought that. It is clear that water and oxygen can be obtained from Mars, but what about the other stuff? The answer is that you'd look in craters. The good stuff would likely be at the bottom of craters.

So mining a metal rich asteroid isn't the ticket? That's surprises me.
