In my opinion, the question is subjective, and there is no right nor wrong answer. "For those in Rio Linda", subjective means that it is their own opinion about personal matters. Therefore, there can be no right nor wrong answer. There is only an answer that you can give for yourself.
The poll has been taken every election year since 1984, from what I read. Same poll, an election year so that is the same, but different sets of people each time. This one just happens to look good for Trump, and therefore Biden doesn't like it much. If the same people said that they were worse off, what do you think Biden's response to the question would have been?
I'd probably "grade" that answer on a curve. Sort of like the "curves" they are always throwing at us.
