Deeper the silence...

"The deeper the silence, the worse what's to come." That from Sarah Hoyt on Instapundit (see link above).

Is that an argument for silence, for a hellish din? Could it mean that if you don't want the worse to happen, wouldn't it be better to make one hellacious racket? It is hard to say from this context what is being implied or advocated from one Ms. Hoyt.

Curtis Sliwa is running for mayor of New York. He is known for being the organizer of the Guardian Angels. I read one of his books once upon a time. His theory for dealing with an attack is to MAKE NOISE. Lots of noise. Bad guys don't like noise. It alerts the community that something that shouldn't be happening is happening or about to happen. Bad guys don't want noise.

That's why you get all the censorship. Now is the time to do something. Now is the time to say something. It may be the only chance you get. Now is the time. Being quiet about things may invite the worst. That's one way to interpret what Ms. Hoyt is saying.

My own gut instinct and experience suggest that it may be the one sure way to stave off an impending attack.

As I wrote on January 6th, this was an inside job. It was a false flag. How do I know that without any explicit proof? CUI BONO. To paraphrase the late Rush Limbaugh, "for those of you in Rio Linda", this means WHO BENEFITS. Who the hell has been trying to benefit from this from Day One? The commies, that's who. It's no big jump to see how this could have been a set up from the get go.

Here are some links to stories about the so-called Covid "vaccine". The evidence is compelling that the "vaccine" is ineffective and potentially dangerous. In my opinion, the only reason to get it is to make a few people very, very rich; and to give the commies a political advantage.

The links are on Free Republic. I have yet to read them, but without reading them, I strongly believe that what I wrote above is 100% truth.

There is no sane reason to get this injection. I will NOT be getting it in any case. If things get bad enough here, you may see scenes like the one on video, in which a gang of thugs in police uniforms forced an individual to get the shot.

RUFKM?! What do you mean that they cannot prove it exists? Didn't the sainted Fauci say it does? Didn't the infallible CDC say it does? Well, there was this report that the CDC said it never isolated it in the first place.

They couldn't find proof of its existence, so they had to dismiss. Ka-Ching!!!! ( That's for all the money going into the hands of crooks who have bled us all white over this fake "pandemic". ) Could we get some reparations for this????

Joe Scarborough

This guy may be nothing more than an opportunist. I was wondering about him, so I did a little research on him.

This guy was a former Congressman from the panhandle region of Florida. The same district as Gaetz. Evidently the district is fairly conservative. But what happened to the guy?

There are those who swear up and down that they are conservative, but line up with the commies. Without these, the commies slim majority would be even slimmer. The only reason that the commies can do anything at all these days is that guys like this are splitting the party and making it weaker.

No question that Scarborough has flipped. He changed his affiliation from Republican to Independent. Supposedly he did this in response to Trump. But that excuse doesn't convince me at all. Even commies themselves don't believe that Trump colluded with the Russians. There was no "there" there, remember? He compares Trump with Putin, but it was Biden who violated the Constitution this past week. He doesn't come off as highly principled as he may be pretending to be. I don't know what he does today because I don't watch his show, but I do know he made a big switch.

Scarborough was with Newt Gingrich's Contract with America group. He may even have voted to impeach Slick Willie. How does someone make a 180 like he's doing? There are those who might say that they haven't made a 180 and still are conservative. Maybe they are like George Will and Peggy Noonan. But you don't aid and comfort commies and still claim that you are conservative. That just isn't plausible.

What is more plausible is that the guy just goes where the opportunity seems best for him. He decided to leave the GOP when Trump became president because he may be nothing more than an opportunist. Perhaps he doesn't see a future in the GOP, so that's why he left the party.

But guys like him who can do a 180 could not have been sincere in the first place. One doesn't make that big of a change if the sincerity is there. What caused him to flip? Money maybe?

Countries can survive their enemies on the outside, but the ones on the inside are the greatest threat. I don't believe this guy's pose. If there was anyone at all who should be appalled at the way the country is going, it is the true conservatives. Not the fakes.

Work on Starship continues

There wasn't a blog post on this very recently, so consider this a bit of a change of pace.

The news on the political scene is pretty dicey, but there are some good things. Maybe some should be said about that too. One really good thing that is just below the radar of being top of line is the work SpaceX is doing.

This is a significant development. That's provided that nothing happens to spoil it all. You know that is always a possibility. But even if something messes it up for Elon Musk, he has already achieved something note-worthy. He has proven that the first stage can be made to be resusable. This advance lowers the cost of getting to orbit. Other entities will be doing similar things, and there is no reason to believe that a fully resuable spacecraft can be made, if not now, then in the near future.

The Space Shuttle was only partly reusable. But it did show that you can get to space with a fully reusable orbiter. The work that Musk is doing has already demonstrated the other half. What he is doing now with Starship is making a fully integrated and reusable system that will revolutionize access to space. The launch tower may well be a missing link that will make it a fast turnaround system. It is an amazing sight.

Work at the Boca Chica facility is proceeding at a breakneck pace. Perhaps it would be wise to proceed with a bit more caution, but Musk is hellbent to leather to get his vision accomplished. For the good of us all, I sure hope he succeeds. We need some good news.
