Here's another example of why I don't like a lot of the titles out there. If you tell anybody that they don't know something, they just might tune out or ignore you.

Not to say that I never make that mistake myself. Sometimes you just can't help noticing a mistake that someone else makes, but excuse yourself for making the same mistake yourself.

I'd like to be more persuasive if I can. Insulting people isn't persuasive of anything except that person doesn't like that other person.
