What I get out of this is that you cannot trust anybody. If the admin goes for control of the population, that is a big no-no. Keep in mind, they've always done this. People are controlled by something far simpler than what this refers to. That is to say, the old TeeVee propaganda networks. How to fight this? Support and enable privacy habits of your own, which aren't dependent upon anything that the government does. Secondly, think for yourselves. There's plenty of evidence that this is the true weak point. Strengthen that, and the rest of it is manageable.
