A lot has been written about EVs on this page. I don't think I ever favored things such as carbon credits, nor any subsidies for EVs.
In theory, an electric car can be more efficient than an internal combustion engine.
As of this time, no such vehicle has been demonstrated. At least, not to my knowledge.
