New plans for SpaceX to land on Moon?

The video is a bit short on details. Does the Dragon land on the moon and then fly back to HLS in lunar orbit? It seems to be implied, but if it is the case, the Dragon will need a lot of fuel to get from lunar orbit and back to the HLS. The HLS would take the whole she-bang back to Earth, where the Dragon will separate and re-enter the atmosphere.

But the video doesn't say all that. It would still need some launches to support the Dragon part of the trip. Maybe the Falcon Heavy could do that. If so, why not launch from the Falcon Heavy with the astronauts, or from a regular Falcon 9? It could meet up with the Starship, and the crew could transfer over to the Starship for the journey to the moon. Then back again from the moon.

The point is that a lot of details are left off here. Besides, did SpaceX say that they were going to do it this way? I'm skeptical.
