This one is getting a lot of attention. We're past the safe harbor date, for what that's worth. One of the arguments against moving the date that the electors vote is that Congress sets the date, and only Congress can change that.
There's a lot of arguments for and against Texas' suit, but most seem to be skeptical of this case.
Too bad. It may be the last chance to reverse this. If the Supreme Court cannot intervene in a fraud case, in what cases can it intervene? In other words, if other things, why not this???
