The story is okay, but the title sucks. You don't change history that hasn't happened yet. You change the FUTURE.
This is Marxist theory. According to Marxist theory, communism is inevitable. Therefore, to say that you are on the "right side" of history confirms the theory. But history is in the past, and the future isn't decided yet.
Therefore, we can change the FUTURE. The past has already been decided.
It is one of my pet peeves that so many "conservatives" use Marxist terminology. I wish that they would wise up and stop doing this.
