Odds and Ends

A few thoughts about whatever

1. Greenland. Supposedly it is important. Perhaps because of "climate change". But what if the climate "changes" back? Don't laugh. It has happened before.

2. Canada... Are you kidding? They make Collyfornia look sane.

3. Panama... We stole it before, we can do it again. But why?

4. Ukraine... No more money down the drain in Ukraine.

5. The UK. If they want to end the "special relationship", then go ahead. As goes NATO, so goes the UK, and vice versa. Fine with me. We were worried about them going commie, but they managed to do that on their own. Why are we still there?

6. If we want a 51st state, let Elon Musk build his colony on Mars.

That's all I can think of.

Some stories related to the wildfires

1. L.A. Fire Chief warned L.A. mayor Karen Bass that budget cuts would leave them unprepared for wildfires.

2. Firefighters were fired for refusing the covid-shot.

3. Thieves stole fire hydrants by the hundreds.

4. Arsonists seen setting fires.

5. Not to mention that the hydrants don't work. This is being denied in some quarters, but it rings with a certain amount of truth. The left has screwed up priorities.

It really does look like the politicians and bureaucrats have dropped the ball in Collyfornia.  The "Governator" really did fix them up pretty good.   But why pick on Arnuld?  Because he talked big and delivered little.
