He's referring to the Rasmussen poll, which I check in with frequently. But this one got by me.
According to Morris, his approval rating is at 51%. He says he doesn't know if it has been that high. I've seen it as high as 53% in this poll.
More importantly, it is in an upward swing. Let's see if it can sustain. I'd say at this point it is in the upper rung of its usual range. If it goes past 53%, that may mean something. Otherwise, it is about the same as always.
