Punishment for killing yellow jackets

Punishment for killing yellow jackets

This video just begs for a response. Not necessarily the video, but youtube's response to it. The response is straight out of the animal rights playbook. Which makes it a political act.

Shawn Woods makes these videos, and there are over 800 of these type of videos. He specializes in killing off pests. In case of these yellow jackets, they can be DANGEROUS. They make huge nests, and they are very aggressive. Even if you only get close to their nests, they will attack. There's no social redeeming value in defending these dangerous pests. But they do.

They have demonetized several of his videos. Just an opinion here: I think they went after him because he is good at what he does. They may have done this because the method of killing wasps was not only very effective, but it involves using automobile exhaust. Yep. You cannot approve of doing something helpful with the use of an internal combustion engine.

This video is an example of the lunacy of the left. Note: I use the word "left" because they call themselves that. It is fair game if they do. The same is true if those who call themselves "right" get called out. If you don't like that, they don't do it. It is a Marxist paradigm. Marxism is hostile to the American way of freedom.

Which reminds me, the "right" doesn't defend MAGA types who got slandered as semi-fascist. They join with the Democrats, just like Liz Cheney did. They really ought to consider this a slander of themselves as well. But maybe they agree with it. They've been rather quiet about it.

You have to call things by their right names. Youtube demonetized the video, and may ban it, because some looney tunes thought it was "animal cruelty". They'd rather see a child get stung to death by these aggressive wasps than to allow someone to post a video showing how they could be controlled easily and safely. This isn't animal cruelty. It is public safety. Only a lunatic could think otherwise. Youtube isn't doing a public service to ban videos that show the public how to rid themselves of dangerous pests.

Also, nobody has given YouTube authority to do this. They have immunity against lawsuits because they are supposed to be a neutral platform. This is decidedly not neutral. There has NEVER been any hint of politics from Shawn Woods.
