Could the modern day problem be that people cannot be quiet in their own room?

Maybe I cannot be quiet in my own room, so I write a blog. But this isn't any attempt at power over anyone. But something motivates me to do it, even though there is no benefit to it.

Seeking power over others is not my intent. That's exactly what I'd like to see NOT happen.
