Is it still possible to govern ourselves by reason and rule of law? It is ironic to me that so many people mouth the words, but so many also have no real respect for those words.
If there is a war, then all bets are off. Anything can and probably will happen. But if you aren't prepared for a war, then something else will surely happen instead. It won't be pleasant. Once that happens, the rule of law will be a thing of the past, and the rule of men can only end with bloodshed, if then.
