Definite Schiff at that.
Schiff says Stefanik is wrong, but as Stefanik shows in open testimony, Mr. Integrity admits that the FBI did not follow normal protocols. Was Schiff lying? Stefanik proves that she wasn't. Nor was she wrong, as Schiff claims.

Looking over the tweets, it seems that many there were overlooking something. Number one, they are overlooking why Schiff said something wrong. But the other thing was this: why did Schiff feel the need to contradict Stefanik? Why, indeed. Here's a possible answer: there is something there that Schiff doesn't want the public to know about. Isn't that obvious? This was supposed to be "by the book". Only thing is that it wasn't.
