Obligatory, 4.28.20

The motivation for this post died out almost as fast as it can to life. Since it takes a bit of setting up to make a post these days, and since I am already set up, I might as well post about the thought I had.

A news reporter asked a rude question of the President, virtually blaming him for the lives lost to this Wuhan virus.

A question could be asked of this reporter and those who are using it to bash Trump. The question is this: Do you really care that people died because of this, or is it just another opportunity to play politics in this election year?

If we are to judge by the performance standard mentioned, the people who should be voted out are those who would ask such a question as opposed to doing something helpful to mitigate it. But that was not the thrust of the question.

Why isn't it the fault of the Democrats? Why not ask THEM that question?

I doubt that the political gamesmanship is going to do anything to repair the damage that has been done.
